Founder Aeryn Chong has undertaken extensive foot-training with Master David Miao — foot biomechanics, weight training for the foot, and the Magical Muscle Chain — and deepened the work through Gary Ward's closed-chain biomechanics of the upper and lower body.
We've redesigned our Pilates classes to integrate neuroscience, gait, and foot-training principles, brought in specialised tools such as Zen Bright and Zen Control, and rebuilt our studio layout to support brain-led training and a functional-lab environment. Our instructors are in continuous, ongoing education to elevate both expertise and care.
It is how we build a functional body and a stable foot. We are still a boutique studio at heart: small, considered, deeply attentive. What has changed is the frame.
