The physical foundation. Functional Body trains the muscle groups and movement systems that decide how well you move, hold posture, and sustain energy through a day. Grounded in Pilates, it favours controlled movement, breath, and deep stability over force. The trunk is the origin of all functional movement — and for most people, the doorway into everything else we do.

Functional Foot

Foundation · Stability · Mobility

The structural base of the whole framework. The feet are the first point of contact with the ground and the richest source of sensory information the brain receives about where the body is in space. Years of rigid shoes and flat floors leave most feet deconditioned, and the cost travels upward — ankle to knee to hip to lower back. We rebuild the foot's capacity to grip, adapt, and communicate. You cannot build timeless strength on unstable ground.
